These machines are designed for replicator g software.  the  link is a manual. page 12 explains how to set up and install software.

Steps    for    installing    and    configuring    your    software:
1. Download     and     install     the     appropriate     version     of     PyPy     from   
http://pypy.org/download.html
2. Download    and    install    the    appropriate    version     of    Replicator    G suitable     for    your     system   
from    http://replicat.org/download.
a. During    the    installation,    if    you    receive    a    message    saying    that    a    Python    interpreter   
was    not    found,    ignore    it    and    press    Install to    continue.
3. To    run    the    Replicator    G    software,    double    click    the    shortcut    on    your    desktop    or    in    your   
start    menu.
4. Click     File     >     Preferences,     then     click     Select     Python     interpreter on     the     Advanced     tab.     A   
window    will    pop    up,    navigate    to    the    PyPy installation    directory    and    select    pypy.exe    and   
click    ‘Open’.

The other option is to reflash your firmware with saltfish and then you can run repetier host .

Hi Guys,
please I need the software to be able to run my CTC desktop 3D Printer FDM series. I got it off Ebay, but the software was corrupt and wouldn't install when I got it. The seller on Ebay just wouldn't send me the software to enable me use the printer with my Laptop.
This is frustrating as it is useless without the software, I just left it there unable to do nothing it. I am new to the 3D world and it excites me a lot, but then can't do nothing without the software.
PLEASE ANYBODY WITH A COMPATIBLE SOFTWARE TO RUN MY PRINTER SHOULD KINDLY EMAIL IT TO ME OR GIVE ME THE LINK TO DOWNLOAD IT.

The software is open source and the same as makerbot uses. Just get it from their site. Any software that works with mightyboard will work. You can also reflash it with sailfish firmware and use Repetier host or any other stl based host.
