I'm wondering at this point two things:
*Have you double checked that the hotend is secure?
*Is there any play in the belt pulleys?

Something needs to be tightened down

No play in the bed or movement in the head? To me it looks like your z axis screw rods are warped. I would suggest using the manual control buttons, move the Z axis all the way to the top. Then send a z home command and watch for any left to right or front to back movement in the head.
