Hello,
So I have been printing some stuff and everything was going fine never had a problem yet, but today it was going perfect, then suddenly there was a lot of filament dust and a big ball of filament at the end of the extruder.
I tried to unclog it, but when I try to retract or extrude on Repetier, my drive gears dont move at all, doesnt sound like its stuck, sounds like it just isnt doing anything. the grip on the filament is strong and I cant pull out the filament.

Any Idea what it could be? or what I can do?

[edit]
Ok now it seems like I cant even heat the extruder anymore. But I can heat the print bed... No power going to the extruder? but the two fans are working
