Does the LED light up when you plug in USB? If you plug the motor in to the unused headers at the bottom of the left hand row, will it turn? Those headers are always-on 12v. If there is power going through the board but not the arduino, the motor should get power. Also the servo usually twitches a little when the winder is turned on because it gets power separate from the arduino.

Hello everyone,

I currently have some problem with my Filawinder that I bought to use with my Filastruder (works amazingly well !). I followed every steps of the instruction but it seems that the controller doesn't work correctly. When power cable is plugged, the LED doesn't bright and, of course, I can't switch the system on. I have made some tests on my component : every wire work correctly, the winding is ok, I can't see no damage on the controller card (no burn neither) and I have also tested tension on the controller card, it enters well but I have nothing in exit.
Another piece of information : I use the official power supply unit with an adaptator because I live in Europe.

I add two pictures, in case it can help.
I really hope that I gave all important informations, if I miss something be sure I'll do my best to answer.

Thanks a lot for the help !
