If it is unable to reach 215 you may need to run a PID autotune by running M303 S215.

The switch on the power supply is for the input voltage (120/240), not the output.

On solidoodle I print ABS at 205 for first layer and 195-200 for the rest of the layers. The temperature reported is not the exact temperature the filament is at.
