			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I got splitting like that trying to print a tall box-like object. For me, raising the temp of the hot end from my previous 205 up to 215 seemed to make the layer adhesion better and the splitting stopped happening (this was with my solidoodle 2 and a closed case to keep the temps uniform).</p>]]></content>

It would not cause seperation. Thr only that causes this is poor adhesion or uneven cooling. </p><p>On a DaVinci opening or leaving the door open on such a print could also cause whats pictured.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So are you using Simplify 3d? I get the impression you are not running XYZware since you can change settings. Printed objrcts should not be too easy to break. Sounds like your temperature is too low to me. Set it for 235 and try another print.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I am guessing those walls are reasonably thick and nearly solid? If it does not need to be water tight or with stand force the reduce your infill to 20%. What you are seeing is stress cracks due to uneven cooling.&nbsp; You need to keep the overall temp of the object the same so it can cool evenly.</p><p>Another thing to try if you are running other than stock software is to raise your temp to get a better layer bond. Try 5 to 10 degrees higher.</p>]]></content>
