I've also used the OBJ format, which seems very similar to STL for things I've wanted to do (I usually don't care much about color, just shape). what file format do you use to import the file from the Matter & form scanner ? stl or another point cloud format ? can you give me the full method ? the original scanner software is not as good as i want to make the stl from the point cloud (even if the last version is a lot better than the previous one)..
