			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>yea that what i was thinking along ago but i have used 3 different filaments and toasted one in oven still same thing i have one from original solidoodle, one cheap ebay brand and one expensive brand that i love ic3d vacumed sealed with silaca , i should be getting another solidoodle this saturday i will find out if its nozzle or filament which i dought</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Looks like moisture in the filament to me, but you said it was new. Although I have got new stuff that apparently was not packed or stored correctly at the manufacturer and it had moisture in it.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I would get a set of micro drill bits and use one as close as possible to nozxle size and insert by hand into the hot nozzle and give it a few turns. You could have some sort of burr. Just be carful not to flex the bit even the tiniest bit. Tungsten carbide breakes very easily when it is that small.</p>]]></content>

I order IC3d natural filament im sure this is&nbsp; quality stuff but im still geting the same result as if the filament was wet, and ugly burnt and rough to the touch prints</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It looks like you may be overextruding. <br />A few tips:<br />*Calibrate your extruder and make sure the filament diameter on your slicer matches the material currently being fed<br />*Tweaking the extrusion multiplier and retraction settings would help as well will help</p><p>Also, better pics couldn&#039;t hurt <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/wink.png" width="15" height="15" alt="wink" /></p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Its contagious lol anywase,&nbsp; After the cleaning i can feel filament that is extruded is not completely smooth and at extruding temp when its not extruding alot is coming out at the end like its melting to fast but i havent changed the temp</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hello people I been having trouble with my solidoodle 2 after I acetone wash my bronze extruded parts, abs heat up to regular temp 195 bed 100 it giving me fuzzy prints idk if there is still acetone moister in the bronz parts or the temperature on the extruded is giving false reading, has any one had this trouble acetone wash? Pic example before and after my nozzle got clogged and acetone wash.<br />Ive been printing for 8 hours and still same sand paper fuzzy prints</p>]]></content>
