			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve also received a good service, it just took longer than expected.</p><p>Here&#039;s the trick: check your submitted support ticket and send another message in that thread if it&#039;s closed.<br />Apparently their system closes tickets if there is no reply for some time. I know, their system is bad, but I&#039;m guessing that&#039;s all they have. Especially when they are swamped with support tickets currently.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I know everyone knocks solidoodle support, but I like them I see that they are a small team trying to give us awesome printing experience.&nbsp; This is not a paid advert but they are giving me an exchange because they give a crap. Granted they stilll take a little bit to answer support emails but they do follow up. <br />Adam</p>]]></content>
