			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>dont have a fan blowing on it but i did fix the problem with some extrusion calibration.&nbsp; working on hooking up my nozzle fan to it one of these days.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Do you have a fan blowing on the print? Start with that - it can even be a desk fan. You shouldn&#039;t need any more than 60C bed temperature for adhesion, and take off your enclosure if you have one. Although I think you&#039;ve got a calibration issue, you need to deal with the melting aspect first.</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[PLA prints start and stops problems]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I recently started started messing with PLA instead of ABS and i seem to have ugly start and stops.<br />first one is aligned and second is random. random works waaay better but when i print these in ABS the starts are not nearly as noticable.<br /> <span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?cKj7QFQ.jpg" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?cKj7QFQ.jpg" /></span></p><br /><p>Im wondering if this is a Slic3r thing or my calibration is just off.</p><p>I have a Solidoodle 2 and im guessing my nozzle Dia. is .4mm so am supposed to get .48mm wall thickness? ive been printing hollow cubes with 3 vertical shells and measuring. i was originally at 1.2mm but if its supposed to be .48mm thickness then it should be&nbsp; 1.44?</p>]]></content>
