			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Very interesting...&nbsp; The .3w files I created when I first received the printer easily decodes to a text file.&nbsp; I can open your .3w file and see the encoded text.&nbsp; But, when I run the decoder on your .3w file, it converts to text and I can see it just before the file auto deletes all the text - it completely deletes everything!&nbsp; I have to give credit to the folks at XYZ for their cleverness.</p><p><span style="color: red">Update</span>:&nbsp; I also tried decoding using a service on the net - not able to decode it - the following error is reported:<br /><span style="color: blue"> Sorry, it just wasn’t possible to decode that string. Please let us know if you think this is a bug in our code.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue">The particular error here was:</span></p><p><span style="color: blue">&nbsp; &nbsp; The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters. </span></p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>If you are getting an error with the sliced model but not a sample then your header is not correct. I would compare your header to one of those on the sd card as a sample.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Interesting...<br />Because I deleted the XYZware and my printer was built early this year (and, based on reading other posts on the net), there may be things I&#039;m not up to snuff on, thus, I have no experience with this error and can&#039;t test it in XYZware.<br />The gcode file loads just fine in Simplify3d (photo attached).&nbsp; Hopefully, others can help with the new error...</p><p><span style="color: red">UPDATE</span> - Post your .3w file and I&#039;ll base64 decode it - will see what/if the header changes are and if different than what was previously needed.</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?1qk7u0y.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?1qk7u0y.png" /></span></p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Attached is a test part that I repaired in Netfabb and sliced using Slicer - I added the proper header and ending lines.&nbsp; The part printed just fine in XYZware (and was the last part I printed using XYZware, before blowing it away and switching to Simplify, 4 months ago).&nbsp; I imagine it still prints - try it...&nbsp; It&#039;s a small part, photo attached...<br /><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?a3hRFsD.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?a3hRFsD.png" /></span></p>]]></content>

If it prints as it should then your header is not correct. If it still gives the error then you have a contact issue between the cartridge and the contacts at the base of the cartridge well.</p>]]></content>
