So I broke it apart to see how the layer bonding looked at this resolution and print speed. I was very surprised at the results. Have a look for yourself:

It looks like the layers mostly fused together created an almost solid part! That's really good for critical parts especially small ones that require superior layer adhesion. I'm going to play around with it and see if other materials and layer heights work as well.

So after installing my new M5 rod with anti-backlash setup I made and installed my new fan duct to print PLA I wanted to test printing @0.05mm layer height. Here are some images. I was printing too fast just to see if it was possible. It looks like it needs to be almost half of the slowest you would print PLA with. As you can see my edges were curling and I think it is speed related. I can't count the layers with the naked eye! sorry I couldn't find the better camera so here's some from my phone.
