You mean the heater or the feed tube. The threaded feed tube will come off you just have to use pliers to grip the heat block being careful no to damage the thermistor wires. If you mean the heater then try pushing it out with something from the other side.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>My new AIO printer has 0011 error and support sent me a new white cable without any instructions.&nbsp; My assumption is I need to pull out the extruder?&nbsp; but since I can&#039;t heat up the extruder, I cannot remove the filament?!</p><p>Any suggestions?</p>]]></content>
