Just set it for a value you think it needs to be to close the gap. Since the bed moves down I believe it should be a positive value. Just stand by the power switch in case you get it wrong and the nozzle does not dig in to the glass.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Try raising your extruder temp to 215 0r even 220. White usually requires the higher if not highest temp to print and it looks to me the extrusion is relatively cold so to speak.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The plate that has the lever arm on it bent. That made the idler wheel be out of alignment and the filament was being pushed on the smooth side, not against the teeth. Seems to be working now.</p>]]></content>

Make sure the spring that pulls the idler wheel is attached and it touches the feed gear with some force when there is no filament loaded.
