the problem was since these objects have small areas that are thinner than my default extrusion width , there were gaps.
I manually put 0.3 for defult extrusion width, infill, solid infill and top solid infill and solved it.
Any other recommendations?

in the mean time, i tried 40 for solid infill threshold and again same problem.
you can see especially  the small part has a lot of gaps.

This would be my first choice and second would be a good m5.

I solved most of my problems.  Installed a coupling between z motor and the rod and my walls are pretty good now.
I have another problem. It might be related to "solid infill threshold area" . It was set to 70 on this print. I m trying to print mk5 extruder and i have small gaps on my prints. What do you guys think?

I am in between threadless ballscrew and m5.
Which one do you guys recommend more?
and about fishing line, is it hard to set up? I may try that.
I have access to almost all the tools so m5 wouldnt be a problem that much. For some reason i have gaps between the infill and the perimeter as you guys can see on the top picture.
what could cause this?

it is a chinese brand, esun.
i have people around me getting good prints with this filament.
i am printing another part right now. it seems good so far. i ll share the pics.

so , i am really thinking about changing the rod.  i ll go with m5. is there a specific size, quality m5 i should look for or any m5 would be ok?
i checked the topic related to this but had hard time understand.
