			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>lawsy, oh man I totally blocked that nightmare waste of time out of my life!&nbsp; Skeinforge just made it harder for me to learn about my 3d printer because of that added slicing downtime.&nbsp; Now that I use slic3r, slicing time is so inconsequential that I don&#039;t even think about it anymore.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The main attraction for me was the speed. A Yoda took 90 minutes to slice with Skeinforge, and only 5 with Slic3r. No going back after that.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Oh ya Pronto/Skein will get the job done for sure.&nbsp; Repetier-Host just allows real easy placement and rotation of the stl file and easily adding multiple stl&#039;s to the plate to print.&nbsp; And slic3r just has a better gui then skeinforge.&nbsp; &nbsp;So you spend less time mucking around in setting screens and more time getting to your task.</p><p><a href="http://www.solidoodle.com/2012/11/1495/">Here</a> is Solidoodle&#039;s blog post on their .1mm and .3mm slic3r profiles along with setup instructions.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>for what it&#039;s worth, I&#039;ve been printing with skeinforge and pronterface for 5 months and still have no problems with it.&nbsp; I know everyone is quick to switch away because that&#039;s what the big dogs are doing but you can get great results with the original setup once you learn the software.</p>]]></content>
