I would be more inclined to say the Da Vinci is not up to snuff for that filament. If it is a 1.0, and not a 1.0A then it cannot print with PLA due to the heat creep issue in the thermal break. The unmelted filament gets too hot in the thermal break zone and swells. That's where the jam occurs and causes the clicking. AND does not expand in that region. The 1.0 was never meant to print PLA without the upgrade kit soon to be offered by XYZ or doing your own mods for better cooling or complete New hot end.

See if you can get one at a local pharmacy, just make sure it's less than .4mm in diameter.

It's clicking again and not feeding.

So I tried at load at 230 and same issue...I went all the way up to 250 and it still won't feed. There has to be something blocking it in there.

I actually got it to print a single die in PLA last night and it came out nearly perfect. Went to print another and just got clicking. I've got the extruder off now about to give it an acetone bath I guess.

Acetone won't unclog PLA. Whenever I've had a clog, I heat the extruder up to 240, and either run the 'load' function on the printer to try and push it through, or I use a small metal pin to push it out. Some people suggest taking a torch too it, but the thought of taking a torch to it near all the wires scares me.

EDIT: Just saw your other response. I'm glad the torch didn't fry anything and you got it unclogged!

I ran the cleaning wire through it about a dozen times and it moved freely.

Brought it back in and it printed for about 10 minutes just fine with the PLA then started the clicking again and no material coming out of the extruder.

The 1.0 cannot print PLA with out some mods to the head and at the very least a cartridge resetter that allows you to change temps.
