			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It could also be under/over extrusion, some extra filament is hanging of the sides so that could be the problem.&nbsp; Also be sure there are no clogs and the hotend is clean. <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/big_smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="big_smile" /></p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Thanks guys, see speed settings attached. It&#039;s the same cartridge I&#039;ve used for multiple prints so far, mostly simple things sliced by the XYZ Program which all printed fine. Guessing it&#039;s something to do with Slic3r and maybe the XYZ Software transmitting the files incorrectly?<br />Might try downgrading the firmware, my printer is new and running 1.0.1 (?).</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Need help with print Quality]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hey Guys</p><p>Got a small problem with print quality and not sure what could be the problem.<br />I&#039;ve had my DaVinci 1.0 For about a month now, using Slic3r for the gcode and XYZ Software to print.<br />Belt tension is good and I have hot glue gunned the loose brass bushings on both Z and Y Axis, print bed is solid and calibrated too.<br />The item I am printing has been created in 123D Design and printed before successfully with the XYZ Software.</p><p>Brief Scli3r Settings from memory (Will post screenshots later when home).</p><p>Layer height is 0.1mm<br />Bed temp 100, then 95 after 1st layers.<br />Extruder temp is 230 then 225<br />Extrusion Multiplier is 0.90 (Works well for my other prints).<br />Print speeds are low, 30 or lower.</p><p>STL File has been passed through STL Repair (netfabb) as well.<br />Any help is much appreciated.</p><p>Images attached.</p><p>Thanks,</p>]]></content>
