The printer has a preheat function in it's menu. Look and see what temp it is set to preheat to. Maybe that is the source of the odd temp.

I look at the Gcode nothing seem to be wrong. "i will post code shortly to confirm it"
But in the printer itself ABS setting was at 230/90 should i change it down to 215/90 then store it in epprom?

You might want to check through your generated G-Code Editor after slicing to see if that can point you in the right direction...post a pic of that as well; specifically from the start of the generated gcode.

hey i just tried it, still didnt work =/. So again i went in to manually change the temp from the printer. But after it it reached 215/90 there was a little pause, then temp setting switched to 230/90, the machine pause while increasing the extruder temp. I went into the printer to change it back down to 215/90 then it start to print again.

Just a shot in the dark, but you may want to try commenting out (with a // before the command) the last 3 M codes in your start "Custom G-code" settings and see if that has any effect...

Not sure, but that is what I would try...stand by to shut everything down if something goes wrong!

So I manual change the temp on the printer itself the print of 20x20x10 came out excellent. But the temp thing is weird. I just made a video here is the link.

Click printer settings, upper right on tool bar and see what temps are set for there.

As far as the 130, i'm not sure what you are referring to...

I went back and change it from 240-> 215 and I kept the 90
But currently after I slice it and when I hit print. The printer will try to hit 230/130
Then I have to go manually scroll it back down from 230 to 215 and 130 to 90. But sometime it doesn't work. Idk let me make a video.

In your filament settings tab, change the "first layer" and "other layers" temp to 215...you have it set at 230 according to your screenshot above.

As far as the 130, i'm not sure what you are referring to...

i dont understand, my setting in slic3r is 215extruder and 90 bed.
but after i slice it and print the temp change into the 230 and 130..
i cant seem to find where i need to change this at.

Regardless of the units you modeled the part in; just make sure that your export to .stl is configured for mm...

I made this part in Pro E using mm. i just check repetier.
Units of Import Object > mm
but still its not scaling correctly.

I'm going back to ProE now to make a cube 20x20x20mm and reprint to see what happen.

If you modeled the part using ProE in inches, then just scale the object up by 25.4 to convert it into mm.

Make sure Repetier is set to use mm and not inches. It may be set for inches which would result in the scaling issue. If not that then try running the model through netfabb repair service. You can Google it and it requires a Microsoft account but is a free service.

Or your model was actually rendered in inches while Repetier is set for mm.
