1.) That thing under the motor - that's supposed to be the main support, attached to the flanges. It appears to be broken, which is very strange. Instead you are using a huge chunk of wood? The replacement piece needs to be the same dimensions as the original.
2.) You don't seem to be using the shaft collar, which tells me the whole thrust bearing section is not assembled correctly.
3.) The filament guide is not being used. Use it.
4.) The fan is in the wrong place.
5.) You have the temperature control set to 241C?! Way too high for ABS.
Get those fixed and we'll go from there. And please, please follow the instructions!

Why is the extruded ABS filament always in spiral shape? is it due to our insufficient vertical wood support?
