I&#039;d suggest 2 things:</p><ul><li><p>Uninstall the program (XYZWare I suppose?) and download and install a new copy</p></li><li><p>Try printing at a lower resolution. When a similar, but not identical, thing happened to me, I reduced the complexity of the model. (I have never more tried to print at 0.1mm on the DaVinci V1 again!).</p></li></ul><p>Good luck!</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Da vinci 1.0 l_error or software crash]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>A week ago my computers power supply stopped working dell warrantied it by replacing my mother board and power supply.&nbsp; Now when I try to print something on my Da Vinci 1.0 after slicing and after I would press print for the last time my software shutsdown or I get this error message.</p><p>L-ERROR<br />System.NullReferenceException:Object reference not set ot an instance of an object.<br />at XYZ view.wpf.Export.Decryp(StringtoDecrypt, String Key)<br />at SYZ.view.wpf.Export.Offlinesendata(String offlinebuffer)<br />at XYZ.main.LoadGCode(Stringfile)</p><p>I see on here were someone else has got this error but it appears they haven&#039;t got any help yet either.&nbsp; I am less that happy with xyz&#039;s customer support so far.&nbsp; Maybe they will come through in the end they just don&#039;t seem to be in much of a hurry to help.&nbsp; any suggestion?&nbsp; So far I have tried multiple file that have printed in the past,&nbsp; uninstalled and reinstalled my software,&nbsp; tried before update and after,&nbsp; used netfabb file repair (per xyz&#039;s suggestion),&nbsp; and open software with admin rights.&nbsp; Any more suggestions for me to try?</p>]]></content>
