Also, is the filament diameter based on your measurements?  it is a good starting point if you dont have calipers. After that if you don't have calipers, you may want to set your multiplier to something like .92.  I would suggest the changes in my previous post as well along with bumping up perimeters to 3 or 4.  You may be able to print this with 0 infill.

That squirrel won't have much detail at .3 mm so try .2 or .1.  Also, you could slow down your outer perimeters to 25-30 mm/s.  from there you probably want to turn on cooling for layers less than 15-20 seconds with min of 10 mm/s.
