which results in a "SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG" error (on firefox, chrome has similar result).

the only way to fix the issue, and how i have managed to register this account, is by changing the link in the page source from https to http:

Changing the https://.... to http://www.soliforum.com:80/register/?action=register

a dirty fix, but one that works.

However, I posted a couple of questions and got no responses.

And over the last few days I've watched the New posts screen and apart from my posts and a bunch of Arabic spam there have been no new posts responses.

Anyone recommend a better place to get help with SLA (mLCD) printing?

Now, I come here at least twice a day.  No way are there this many unread topics, I don't think there has ever been this many unread topics.  Look for example at the Atlas heading.  It goes back to September last year.  Go a little further...  I open the Filastruder heading for example.

Every heading is similar, numerous 'unread' entries.  The only way I have found to get rid of the problem is to open each entry and exit each one. I have rebooted,  restarted the forum, deleted all pertinent cookies, deleted all cookies, deleted the forum tab, restarted Firefox, reinstalled the tab and everything is still there.  I have gone into Firefox and deleted everything with the soliforum name.  I will not change browsers.  I use Firefox and have since it's inception. I periodically use M$ Edge and I will not use chrome.    No other site does this. 

This will take an hour or so to clean up until the next time - tomorrow, next week next month it'll be back. I have been fighting this for over a year.  It's getting old...

Any help appreciated.

Sidebar to those who know me, I'm practically restarting FDM printing from scratch since the death of my PC tower. While I kept Slic3r profiles saved on an external hard drive, I cannot download the old Repetier Host version I loved (v0.95?) and it has been a frustrating labor just to prepare for a print. So as a word of advice, save whatever slicer profiles you prefer the moment you've perfected them, and save them. Doing this saved me countless hours of dialing in. I also USED to have access to S3D, but not anymore....

P.S.  trying to add an attachment doesn't work either.  No error, but the when you click on "add File, the compose post area reset to a blank.

So whom ever is the webmaster for the site might want to check and see of the coding for the icon needs to be updated or let users like me know what to do to fix it if is is on our end. It throws me off looking through my bookmarks and not seeing the icon i am used to.
