What thickness PEI are you using?  Does it bend/bow any?

SD2 - Glass Bed, Fans on PCB and Y motor, Custom enclosure

Adrian, do you think any of the PEI sheets available from Mcmaster would work?

Some of the thinner ones could be cut to size.  How are you securing it to the aluminum heated bed?  Pictures?

I'll have to post later tonight when I have the data in front of me. Basically it needs to be a mix between ultem 2100 and ultem 2300...

And I just use 10mm bulldog clips.
