Characterize Hysteresis

I would like to suggest the next level:
     :an array that characterizes the head based on direction, speed and magnitude of the last move to "Adjust" the current move.
     :user run process to characterize the head, (determine values for array) based on a template or fixture.

Is there any considerations for this?
Can this complex issue even be accomplished with the current hardware?
