Topic: Proper mechanical assembly?

Hello!

I wonder if the exceeding of the feed screw remains correct (15 mm),

same question to the angle of the groove (but it looks okay)!

The axial movement between the shaft collar and the thrust bearing is a bit high, over 3 mm(18.72-15.55=2.72), it can go?

The tube is not perpendicular to the frame but the screw is loose, so it must go!

Re: Proper mechanical assembly?

15mm is a bit long, just install a set of the extra spacers between the motor and chassis, then move the shaft collar 6mm.

Re: Proper mechanical assembly?

Mine is 9mm (instead the 5mm said in manual) is ok or have to add washers?

Re: Proper mechanical assembly?

9mm is fine. Do check that the auger cannot push on the gearbox though.
