Topic: A Battel Driod

Currently I have a small project as Battel Droid.

This I print to the handling and limits a 0.2mm airbrush nozzle to get to know better and I am thrilled how well you can use it to remove support of PLA.
This can be almost as shed with ABS and the parts look after very well.

That here the components are cleaned and extent are ready for assembly.

And here are the parts which I will again print. This I have different order on the bed and partially floating on Print Support

I still practice to print the remaining parts. The final pressure has also not made me happy.
I have all, now turned up on a again and jeweis completely hung 3mm over the bed. Only one part has a circulation of approximately 1 cm². For this I had to change the filament against an other in yellow, but not mind, because the droid is anyway painted.

When Battle Droid goes even further.
I have now joined the first parts together and so slow to recognize him. This thing is pretty big and is also quite sensitive.

Currently print still the hands and forearms in the latest version of the settings, but so far it looks pretty good.

My B1 Battel Dorid begins to grow. I begin to bond him and he is ever on the mounting plate, on which it is then afterwards also painted.
Pretty big figure and terribly sensitive ...

but I What am not yet satisfied with forearms and hands.

The grade I print again, but each time I learn more and it will be better.

After the hands are now even printed again in a different form, things nevertheless already times quite different.

The support could be so for the most part now quite well detached from the PLA and the parts are also much more stable than usual.
So I was able to finish him assemble.
