Been around for a while, I butted heads against them when back when they weren't respecting the GPL license of Marlin. What do you want to know?

Just curious. So many ideas coming out, so many companies popping up and going away. It's hard to filter what is reasonably solid and just another flash in the pan. What you just said helps.

They've been around for a while. I like to think they were unaware of the GPL issue, they did end up rectifying it and providing the firmware source.
