I'd like to order a SD4,but the shipping price to China is very high. Solidoodle International Shipping: $319.65. Is there any economical shipping way.

International Shipping is going to hurt no matter what.

maybe Solidoodle
Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

It's going to be expensive in any case. Keep in mind this is a large, heavy piece of equipment. Solidoodles are significantly heavier than say, an ink jet printer.

Just ran a 18x18x18 24lb package through USPS, $159 shipped via Priority Mail Express! And that's Commercial Base, I'm sure SD gets Commercial Plus pricing.

Probably not.
Your shipping calculator is broken.
"Solidoodle International Shipping" cost is $200 for SD4.
Now it has become >$500. I've notified this to your support team few weeks ago and they said they'll look into it.
Even $200 is a bit too much for that volume and weight though.

I suppose this is the real reason. well, then i can't place an order until the shipping calculator is repaired.
