Topic: Extruder stops turning.

It's always something. A few weeks ago the driver for my extruder went bad. I just replaced it now I am having the same problem. The print keeps going but there is no extrusion. Nothing feels hot. Is the motor going bad?

Cold extrusion prevention might be kicking it, although it is strange that it is even starting a print if that is the case.  Anyway, figure out why it is not heating first, then worry about why the extruder motor is not turning.  Is your extruder thermistor okay (not shorting out)?
