What do you guys think about having a 3d scanning section?

It may be a good idea but it kind of overlaps the 3D Modelling & Design section. Is there that much chatter specific to that topic to justify breaking it out?

I mean, what would live in there. And then theres the whole, if its a discussion about fixing a model that I 3D scanned.. is that a 3D Scanner topic, a 3D modelling topic, or do I just spam it to both 
I personally don't see there being enough deltas between the conversations related to 3d scanning, and 3d models in general... and the one difference - the technology - wouldn't seem to justify more than a few threads ?
just my thoughts anyway.. unless we just want to have bandwagon topics in which case disregard what I said and can I ask when the 3D Cloud and 3D BigData forums will appear

I'm figuring with matterform shipping real soon now (until they slip, of course :-) there will be folks who want to discuss their scanners much like their printers.
Or maybe just change "3D Modelling & Design" to "3D Modelling & Scanning & Design" to make it more obvious where to go.

yea, me for one I have Kinect for windows now and will have the Matterform in a few weeks.
SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.
