The parts i printed so far were printed with PLA, 190 degrees with the fan in automatic using Slic3r. PLA cannot be dissolved by acetone.  It only works for  ABS. The people that did have clogs usually burned it out using a torch on the metal parts only.  You can also try to master the cold pull method but good luck on that. Google it for more info. What brand filament are you using?  Have you tried higher temps. Have you tried a different brand?

Re: Extruder gets clogged constantly, help please

Thank for the answer. The acetone does not disolve the PLA but its easier to remove after a couple of hours in acetone. I use the acetone to soften the PLA and it works pretty well, i remove remains with torch ass yo say. The brand of the PLA is fillamentum 2.85mm and i ve changed to higher temps but still clogging. I have not tried different brand because it worked very good with te first pieces and now just don t. And that is what i can not undertand.
