Topic: Need filament extruder

Hello!
I am working on a project that researches sustainability and 3D printing.  I would like to create a filament from PET plastic bottles and jean fibers but I do not have the funds to purchase a filament extruder. I am a student at Oklahoma State University and really need this filament to be created.
Is anyone able to do it for me? I have the materials prepared and ready.
Please help!

Re: Need filament extruder

There is no need to double post. We have a very active community, so flooding is always feared to be spam.

If you take a look around the DIY materials sections, one user discusses his research into recycling plastics/failed prints for filament extrusion. If you ask me, it would be a great start by clicking on his username and looking at his topics.

The Filastruder 2.0 is spectacular. It is cheap, easy to assemble, and is a ton of fun. For $300 and 0.05+/- diameter consistency and said fun, it is well worth the investment. I wish I bought one when I bought my first printer!

Printit Mason and Printit Horizon printers
Multiple SD2s- Bulldog XL, E3D v5/v6/Lite6, Volcano, Hobb Goblin, Titan, .9 motor, Lawsy carriages, direct Y drive, fishing line...the list goes on
Filawinder and Filastruder #1870.....worth every penny!

Re: Need filament extruder

She doesn't have the funds for an extruder and is just looking for someone to run it as a one-off for a academic research project. I'd do it, but I'm slammed busy right now.
