Topic: Coffee based bio filament.

Another new product for the 3d printer fans , the renewable material fans and the fans of making something from waste products.

As the tag line says this stuff is made from coffee by-products.  What byproducts and how it is made I expect a guarded secret.

What is it  ? A plastic made from coffee material ? or simply PLA mixed with coffee by product ?  Does it smell like brewing coffee when printed.?Or maybe more like roasting coffee.  They say it prints like PLA. It costs about $50 a roll about the same as a premium USA made filament. So should we be excited? The manufacturer thinks we should all get wound up!!!!
