Topic: XYZ Da Vinci Jr "PRINT FILE NOT FOUND"

I just got my new Da Vinci Jr 3d printer, this will be the first time for me to print something.
I try printing the slt file direct from the sd card, but the "PRINT FILE NOT FOUND" keeps coming up, I try with the USB cable and the XYZware software never finish the slicing... any idea how to fix this?

I know all their other printers have an SDcard on the motherboard that sometimes come out of its socket and causes issues. Not sure if the JR has the same setup, but worth a check.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Howdy!  New Jr printer user here.

I think the solution is to use the 'Export' button to first create a .3w file, and send that to the machine.  Either by saving to a card, or over USB.

I have yet to get my Jr to print an STL directly, I always have to run the Export conversion first.
